Vacation Bible School

One of the highlights each summer is Vacation Bible School!  Faith spent this past week in the land of Egypt, learning about Joseph's journey from the pit to the palace!  And along with that she learned many new songs, Bible verses, and even tried some new foods!  It was fun to see how excited she was about going to VBS, and of course about the new songs!  Upon registering for VBS we were given a CD with all the songs for the week on it.  And of course we listened to it countless times!

On Thursday night the kids put on a program displaying the many things they were learning over the course of the week.  Songs were sung, stories acted out, and we received a glimpse into what the kids did each day.  It's challenging to see Faith in some of these pictures as it was hard to take good, clear pictures from our seats!  In this picture she is front center.

Faith had a great time and is already looking forward to her next VBS, which is in two weeks!  And this time Shane gets to go too!!  They aren't the only ones excited about that VBS!
