Move over Buzz Lightyear, you have some competition!! Spider Man is moving in as Shane's new super hero identity!! It all started on Thursday when I forced Shane to take off the Buzz pjs he had been wearing 24/7 (at least when we were at home!) for a few days as they were in desperate need of a wash. In an effort to stop the ensuing tears, I pulled out a Spider Man pajama top for him to put on. Steve started telling Shane about this new super hero! It didn't take long for Shane to embrace this new persona! And he was further educated on his new identity with some You Tube videos of the original Spider Man theme song and a clip of the original cartoon! Of course those videos instantly became favorites that Shane requested to watch over and over!!
Here is little Spidey himself watching Spider Man You Tube videos! He wasn't thrilled to have his picture taken!!
Naturally he is sporting the Spider Man shirt! Although he was quick to notice that he did not have the mask! But beware as little Shane is quick to shoot webs out of his wrists!
