Once again I am reminded that it truly is the little things in life that make a difference! On the menu tonight at our house is pasta topped with some tomato-zucchini chicken. In the past when I make this, I served Penne pasta because I like it and it was easy for the kids to eat. While we were in Michigan, Aunt Betsy introduced the kids to Farfalle "Bow tie" pasta! They instantly loved it!! And while it tastes exactly the same as penne, the kids will eat way more and be way more excited about the bow ties. So, that is what we shall eat! And it always makes a mom happy when her kids eat the food she took the time to prepare! A win-win for everyone!!
